I would like to thanks Chino for running an excellent Library Campaign.   He did a very good job of raising the literary awareness of Destiny and providing a place of safety for its citizens.  If you did not get to talk with Chino, fret not.   I'm sure he will be around to accept memberships at one time or another.

The Destiny Warriors have set up a stone at the training hut.  They will be having battles soon and I would like to make sure that all citizens understand the situation.  You are to not get involved what-so-ever.   If you do, you will be held for your own actions.  If you die, you have died by your own actions.  This may be from healing a DW, helping to kill an war opponent, etc...  If, however, you see a warring opponent go grey or red, you may approach with whatever skills you have at your disposal.

I will not accept "war" with DW due to the above statment.  I do not want citizens engaging in a "war."  Citizens can help protect our town from ciminals and murderers if they pose a threat to any of the member of our communittee, but none others.  I also do not want Citizens to be mistaken for a war opponent to DW either.  If a citizen wishes to be included in the DW wars they can talk to Telzarn about recruitment.  That will be the only way.   I know that you would have to give up many advantages you have within Destiny, but that is a sacrifice you have to make to be in the DW warring guild.

Also, if you are not inclined to attack people then you can choose that path as well.  If the situation is not comfortable to you then you can choose to not attack.  However, I would ask that you remove yourself from the area for a time so that there is no confusion of your intensions.  KFW are expected to protect the town from Criminals and Murderers no matter what, but Citzens do not have that rule.  Citizens can make that choice and vacate the area immediately if they choose.  I would expect those with the "Destiny Guard" title to help in any way they can, however.  I hope that puts everyone's minds at ease for now.

I am as anxious as all of you to see how this situation turns out.  Let us hope for the best and that this helps Destiny in the long run.

I'm still here reading the boards and visiting town pretty much everyday.  Even though I'm not updating the news like I would like to I am still here =).

There are several things coming our way soon.   I hear wedding bells in the near future and that means a great event for us to hold.  There may be more than one too.

Several new contacts have been made with the "government" of Britannia.  I hope these will blossom into some good things for Destiny.  I do need to go over some of the issues with the leaders and council.   I cannot hold a meeting for awhile, but I will try to have one after "The Gathering."  My schedule only allows me limited time in Sorcaria for awhile.   After the Gathering you can rest assured we will be ramping up for a great holiday season and a new year!

Speaking of the Gathering, I hope you all have your plans set and are ready.  I know Cromwell and I are ready to meet you all face to face and have a great time.  Our last visit to the KC was fantastic and we are excited to go back.  I would like to formally thank Katrina and Walker for being so gracious as to open up their home for the post-festival bash.  That is quite a thing to take on for people they only "know" from Britannia.  My hat goes off to them for being so open minded and generous.  They have also gone out of their way to get us tickets and help organize people's itineraries.  Hopefully you will all thank them in your own way too =).

I would like to recognize a person's extra efforts at showing "The Way." within Destiny.  Vulcan Ironsides helped out a stranger in town by hunting with them and showing them some of the "ropes" in Destiny.  That stranger is now a Citizen.  Another person saw this act of kindness and contacted me as well.  This person has some control over a local evil guild and has promised to keep their evil deeds outside of Destiny.  That is quite a testimony of a person's actions and I wanted to congratulate Vulcan for helping Destiny with his kindness.  It goes to show what each of your attitudes and actions can do for us and what can come out of it.

I've heard some reports to the contrary on some of the citizens lately.  Hopefully, you know who you are and will try to start helping people out in Destiny rather than giving them a hard time.  I encourage everyone to let me know of anyone causing problems for citizens or visitors alike.  I keep a record and if a person continues to be a nuisance they will find themselves off the stone very quickly.

For those helping out in Destiny I thank you.   Keep up the good work.  Again, if anyone has ideas for an event please contact Cromwell, a leader, or me.  Help keep things active in Destiny.  Not just one person can do events every week.  With our numbers we should be able to divide the responsiblity and keep the events coming =).  Thanks to Katrina for her weekly 1 on 1's too.  You're hard work really helps with the activies in Desitny and I appreciate it.  I plan to help soon after the Gathering and I hope others will too.

Remember, I am throwing a Awards Ceremony tomorrow at 8:30 pm CST at the mage tower.  Please show up early or on time so we can get the two hour tests going right away.  I will be leaving at 10:30 pm on the dot so unless other leaders can keep the event going the tests will stop there.  Hope to see you there.

I have not been around as much as I would like to be, but it seems activity has been high in Destiny.  I have gotten word that the murderer activity has been low but theives are on a rise again.  I have asked Crater to try and keep a list of all the known thieves.  If you see one of them that is Known to be a thief remember they are permanently marked as criminals even though they may not highlight that way.

I ask that the guard and any other patrols in the Destiny area try to make these person's lives miserable so they hunt for innocent victims elsewhere.  Thank you.

I expect that our events will start to pick up soon with the colder weather coming and outside influences taming down.  I will be sparse in Destiny for about another month, but I am always available for answers to questions.   Just leave me an email or icq and I will get back to you as quick as possible.

Shalanor has been working hard as our Ambassador to the High Council and says he has some good news coming soon.  He is working hard to get this info out of the council before their next meeting, but we will probably have to wait =).

I've noticed that many have complained of lack of activity or events in Destiny.  I ask that if you feel you would like to become more involved with the goings ons of Destiny to contact me.  There are plenty of positions that are available for making everyone's lives in Destiny better.  Believe me, just a little of your time can go a long way towards helping. *Service Announcement Over* hehe.
