Concerning the Benefit Gala for the museum coming up on Tuesday:
Bleddig the Boar, curator of the Destiny Museum of Rarities and Antiquities, has received word of some new artifacts in the lands. He has told us that these items are terribly expensive and the museum can not afford to acquire many of them. So, the Destiny Events Committee has decided to help him by holding a fundraiser.
You are cordially invited to attend the Destiny Museum Gala!
Date: Tuesday, October 26
Time: 7:30 p.m. CST
Place: Destiny Museum of Rarities and Antiquities
This is a formal dress affair with food and entertainment provided. There will be LARGE raffle and thank you gifts for those who donate tickets to the museum.
There are 2 ways to donate. You can bring items and give them to the museum volunteers. They will trash them for tickets for you. I wanted to take an opportunity to welcome the newest citizen of Destiny, Kelby the healer. I had noticed Kelby in the area in front of the Museum all day today, and I thought it peculiar that a wandering healer should be so partial to one spot. Stopping to talk to Kelby, I learned that indeed, he was not a wandering healer at all, but a healer of the sort found in towns, running shops. It seems Kelby has found Destiny to be an agreeable place to live, and has chosen to offer his service to our citizens! Not only will he resurrect the dead, but he sells bandages, potions, and ginseng and garlic to anyone interested. Kelby is quite devoted to his profession; he cannot be enticed from his post, not even to move just down to the pub to enjoy an ale.

Upon talking with General Galahad, I learned that Kelby had appeared out of the blue last night to aid a ghost who had fallen to some monsters. It is the General's thinking that the Elder invited Kelby with him to come and learn about Destiny. We thank Elder Tzeentch for introducing Kelby to our community, for he is truly a welcome addition to our town, and we count ourselves blessed.

With Lews leaving there was an open spot for a Leader. Katrina has been chosen to fill that position. I will be updating her page to show that honor. Katrina has shown her dedication to the town of Destiny and the KFW. She has taken part in multiple events and has learned a great deal about this world. She has proven her worth to all and has earned this distinction. Katrina can now be found for any questions you may have about our community.
With our growth as of late we will probably be putting several others into Leader positions so that there is most likely a leader available at all times. I will announce them as they are found.

Important (Truce with BCB):
I have spent most the night talking with the BCB leaders. I didn't get to speak to Avatar but I believe he is in agreement with calling a truce to any hostilities with BCB. I have always had an idea that our wars with them have been caused by the acts of only a few. I believe that even more now. My feeling is that the leadership of BCB does not want hostilities with us and are opposed to murdering of innocents. That is not to say that there are some in BCB that do that.
The BCB leadership has made it clear that they do not know of it and would stop the problem if we give a detailed account of who, where, and how one of their people causes a problem for us. I need all of you to write that information down when it happens and either send it to me and aother leader or post it on the board. I will then work with the BCB leadership and get the problem fixed.
I know all too well the pitfalls of running a large guild and what a lack of commication can do to it. We should make an effort to try and help BCB clean out the evil in their guild. It will be best for both parties.
I call upon all in the communitee of Destiny to stop all attacks on BCB members. This means red, blue, grey....whatever. Unless they attack unprovoked, you are to leave them alone. In fact, I would ask that they be treated fairly as well. I know that may be hard for some from the fighting we've had in the past, but I must say there were several people that caused us problems that were not apart of BCB or are not anymore. They do live near BCB. In fact, I noticed several disreputable people running around BCB tonight. BCB is at war with the Cabal and several other pk guilds.
From this alone I would say we should not be at odds with BCB. They are fighting enemies of ours. I believe we are on the same side and have been led off the path by individual acts of aggression. I call for it to stop! We will handle individual problems as they come up, but I do not want attacks on BCB in general. To attack BCB without provocation is to perform a criminal act in Destiny.
I know that DW has declared on BCF (Warring guild of BCB) and I do not think this effects that decision at all. I do not think they will accept though since they are warring with four other guilds now. They are all major warring guilds so they have the hands full. The war with BCF, however, is a completely different subject and shouldn't affect this Truce. That war is between Telzarn and the BCF.
