It saddens me to have to report this, but Magus has been removed from all known establishments' friends lists.  I suggest you do so for any buildings you have as well.  He is no longer part of any guild affiliated with Destiny.  He is not considered an enemy of the town (although to some in town he is one.)  He is, however, barred from joining any Destiny guild in the future.  There is adequate proof that his account has looted friends and whether it is the person behind Magus or somebody else, there is no way of trusting that "account" again.
